Courses are subject to cancellation based on low enrollment:
• If a class is canceled, students will be notified at least two (2) days prior to the date of class, and tuition will be refunded within one week.
• Studio Spade will make every effort to offer makeup classes to students that are not able to attend due to illness or unanticipated travel or classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather; however Studio Spade cannot guarantee availability.
• Materials fees are paid at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
• I grant full permission to Studio Spade to use photographs of student work (student name omitted) on the Studio Spade website and brochures.
• Client hereby waives and releases any and all rights and claims to damages against Studio Spade, LLC and Simone Spade. I accept all risk incidentals and do hereby release Studio Spade, LLC and Simone Spade, its employees and representatives, for all liability and injury during any activities. I further agree that in the event medical attention is required due to an accident or illness, and my contact person is unreachable, Studio Spade is permitted to seek such medical services, as it shall deem necessary and appropriate through EMS/911 and/or local hospitals.
• Studio Spade follows the Broward County School District’s schedule for inclement weather.
